Weekly Meal Plan

Weekly Meal Plan WEEK 1 & 2
 ** Every hour, have a glass of SASSY WATER, and a glass of water before each meal
***Once 7:00PM hits, I only have sleepy time tea and a handful of sunflower seeds... or a fruit pop sickle. :)
Sassy Water Recipe
1 Cucumber
1 Lemon
1 Lime
1 Nub of Ginger
Fresh Mint leaves
Slice and Combine together in a large jug of water. Refrigerate over night. Refill as necessary until ready for a new batch!

      Sleepy time tea is a mix of a few different kinds of my fav. flavours (Peppermint and chamomile are what come to mind first) and I buy it at Basics or wherever I'm shopping. It has a picture of a bear on it. haha :) I loooove it though. Fav tea!
